We present to you Gregor Czaykowski, a young man from Canada, who draws rather silly cartoons for the World Wide Web. These comics are named Loading Artist. Sometimes when we play video games on the computer or phone, we see that the image of the game is black with a loading icon in the middle before the game starts. These loading screens were the source of inspiration for Gregor to come up with this comic series.

Drawing is a talent that has been instilled in Gregor from his childhood. He alwys enjoyed painting and creating stories through his artwork. Later on, he wanted to do something for himself, so he created a webcomic where he could submit his art to. That was in 2011. Now tens of thousands of people follow Gregor’s Loading Artist comics on the internet. He also maintains a huge following on Instagram where he has over 480,000 followers.

His comics are easy to read and contain illustrations of comedians or other humorous images. There is the stressed boss who needs to sort out his life, the lazy cat who just loves lounging around, the crazy friend who is always running and many more. He is very dedicated in coming up with new material for his comics since he produces two comics per week. He just wanted his readers to at least have a chuckle and come out of the experience happy.
