Nate Fakes is a contemporary artist whose unusual and amusing images have grabbed the world of social media by storm. Fakes, who was born and raised in Ohio, discovered his interest in drawing at a young age and turned it into a career. The Southern California cartoonist creates hilarious single-panel comics that are tough not to chuckle at. His cartoons frequently offer amusing reflections on ordinary circumstances, such as the difficulties of adulthood, the obstacles of modern technology, and the silly moments of daily living.

He started his career as a freelance artist, working on a variety of projects for clients in the publishing and advertising industries. However, it wasn’t until he discovered the power of Instagram that his career really took off. Using Instagram as his platform, he began sharing his quirky and humorous illustrations with the world, quickly amassing a following of over 91,000 followers. His comics remind us that sometimes the best way to deal with life’s challenges is to laugh at them.

A breath of fresh air in a world where social media may feel overwhelming and gloomy, his colorful and humorous drawings are a delight. He stands out from other painters thanks to his humorous single-panel paintings. His comics are funny and realistic, frequently poking fun at issues we see on a daily basis. His writing offers a welcome diversion from the occasionally overwhelming doom and misery on social media. See some of his more recent works in the section that follows.
