Derek Evernden, an illustrator, is the author of the quirky comic strip series Bogart Creek. One panel is more than enough for the artist to create a story; he doesn’t need many. Derek’s distinct drawing technique and dark sense of humor are the ideal mix to make you laugh out loud, whether the subject is amusing animal interactions or the troubles of adults.

He has experience in both traditional and digital illustration, as well as advertising art direction.
